Stillman offers six women's sports - volleyball, softball, basketball, , cross country, track & field, and tennis - all of which compete on the NCAA Division II level as part of the Southern Inrecollegiate Athletic Conference.

Since joining the SIAC, Stillman has won three conference championships (Basketball - 2006, and Baseball - 2007 & 2008) and have gone on to compete in the NCAA tournament in those sports. Stillman has also boasted the Fastest Man in the SIAC, as former track star Brian Witherspoon earned the distinction in 2008.
