The United States Postal Service is holding a public meeting Thursday, December 15 for residents. The meeting will be about moving the Tuscaloosa processing center to Birmingham.

The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. at Stillman College's Cordell Wynn Humanities and Fine Arts Center. The Postal Service says the proposed move would help cut costs in a tough economy. No final decision has been made and the Postal Service managers say they want to hear from concerned citizens.
