Applicants who wish to audit credit courses must follow standard admission procedures, registrar for the course(s), pay all required fees, are expected to attend all class meetings, and must conform to all requirements of the instructor of the course, but will not receive a grade. Academic Renewal Policy Any student who is readmitted to Stillman College after an absence of at least six consecutive semesters may apply for academic renewal. After readmission, the student must:
If the petition for academic renewal is approved, academic renewal is effective as of the date of readmission and is not reversible. Subsequent calculations of the student's grade point average are based solely on the courses taken after the date of readmission. All Stillman course taken prior to the readmission will remain unaltered on the academic record and, in the case of each non-remedial course where a grade of D or higher was obtained, will count toward the total number of credits required for graduation. A minimum of 42 credit hours in residence must e earned to qualify for graduation after academic renewal is granted. Students granted academic renewal are ineligible for degrees with distinction.
