2013 Retool Your School Campus Improvement Program
The Home Depot is overjoyed to bring this essential and successful program back for a fourth year. We know how valuable our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities are, and how much they have contributed to our country's growth in so many ways. What could be more worthwhile than helping preserve and improve some of America’s most historic campuses and landmarks?
Our HBCUs have so much to gain from this opportunity. We invite you to participate in any way you choose. Only HBCUs can apply for the grants, but you can have a say in who wins the grant money by casting your vote for your favorite HBCU when voting begins.
Retool Your School. And help revitalize education.
Stillman fans and alumni can log on and vote at www.retoolyourschool.com between February 18 and April 15 to help their favorite school bring home the grand prize. Fans are encouraged to spread the word and use social media to promote their school of choice via a designated cobranded hashtag (#stillmanRYS2013). Consumers can vote once a day during the voting period, but can use their favorite school’s cobranded hashtag without limit via Twitter and Instagram. One $50,000 grant recipient, and twelve $10,000 grant recipients will be determined by a combination of the online voting score and advisory board scores. One $25,000 grant recipient will be determined by the school that receives the most votes and social media activity, as assessed by The Home Depot. Winner announcements will be publicized on or around May 3, 2013.

You can vote DAILY on as many computers as you have (home and office computers as well as laptops), and on more than one browser (internet explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
