Stillman will hold its annual New Student/Faculty/Staff Confirmation Ceremony on Sunday, August 21 at 4 p.m. in Birthright Auditorium.

This ceremony marks the official recognition and confirmation of the Class of 2015 as members of the Stillman College community. It also affirms the commitment of new faculty and staff to a student-centered community.

“The objective is to instill pride in and appreciation for Stillman’s rich heritage and to note symbolically the passing of knowledge from the College to the student,” said Dr. Sharon Whittaker-Davis, Vice President for Student Affairs. “The program also connects the generation of the new millennium with that of the past by the ringing of the bell, one of the many traditions of the College. “

The ceremony is free and open to the public.
